Practice 02
AI for QA
Your change volume tripled, and your test capacity didn't. We close that gap with testing at machine speed, run by our own engineers. Not a license you have to adopt, not a tool you have to staff.
The platform
Modenix Intelligence.
An internal platform our engineers use, not a product we license to you. It reads requirements wherever they already live: Jira, TestRail, Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, PDFs, and recorded walkthroughs. Then it generates IEEE-standard test cases with traceability back to the requirement.
Scripts run across Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium inside your CI/CD. Redundant cases are merged, suites self-heal as the application changes, and a named engineer reviews every validation decision before it counts.
Not licensed separately. It is how the service is delivered.
Requirement ingestion from documents, designs, spreadsheets, video, and audio
IEEE-standard test case generation with requirement traceability
Multi-framework execution wired into your existing pipeline
Redundancy detection and suite consolidation
Self-healing against UI and API change
Human review on every release-affecting decision
The honest split
What the Machine Does. What a Person Still Decides
Vendors who blur this line are selling you a demo. The boundary is where the value and the risk both sit.
Reads requirements, drafts cases, generates scripts, executes at volume, detects redundancy, repairs broken locators, and flags anomalies.
Decides what "correct" means, judges whether a failure matters, sets the release bar, owns the escalation, and signs the evidence.
The decision that a build is fit to ship. We produce the evidence; a named human on your side makes that call.
What changes for you
Four Problems, in the Order They Usually Bite.
-
Regression Time
Cut the full pass to fit your release cadence. If a regression takes overnight, you are not really releasing daily.
-
Suite Durability
Self-healing so brittle locators stop consuming the capacity you meant to spend on new coverage.
-
Coverage That Predicts
Re-point coverage at the failure modes your incident history shows, not the ones the old suite was shaped around.
-
Ownership
Everything lives in your repositories and runs in your pipeline. No license, no platform dependency. If you leave, you keep all of it.
Verification Gap Diagnostic
Seven questions, two minutes. A scored read on where your gap is widest, an estimate of your unverified merge ratio, and what to fix first, on screen before we ask who you are.
Three-week Readiness Assessment
We measure change volume against verified change, find where coverage claims and production reality diverge, and hand you a costed 60–90 day plan you can take to a board.
Thirty Minutes With a QA Lead
An engineering lead is in the room, not just a salesperson. Bring the number you have to hit, and we will tell you whether it is reachable, including when it is not.
