Why we exist

Every Shift Moved the Bottleneck. We Moved With It.

Waterfall to agile, on-premise to cloud, manual to automated, and now hand-written to AI-generated. Each time the industry's constraint moved and most vendors kept selling to the last one.

The company was founded in 2002 by Rajeev Rai, whose career before that included engineering leadership at Apple, Informix (now IBM), and Macromedia (now Adobe). Having sat on the client side of outsourced services, he built this one to fix what he had experienced as a buyer.

We have only ever done one thing. The current shift is the largest: code became abundant and proof became scarce, which makes quality engineering the constraint rather than the afterthought.
